Intro and Background

Hi! I’m Stephen, creator, coach, and entrepreneur. Two of my passions are real estate and renovation.

I have always been fascinated with construction, design, and real estate. In 2011, I attained my NJ Real Estate License and in 2012 joined Park Avenue Realty and began focusing on real estate and investment.

My Mission

My goal is to enlighten you on why real estate is is a great investment and how to make it work for you. and go beyond the traditional real estate sales experience. With a creative approach and attention to the client’s needs and wishes, my goal is to guide clients in seeing the full potential of real estate..

Real Estate has always been of interest of mine. It’s always been a fascination to examine architecture, renovation, and market value. While there was some free time in the early 2011, I pursued getting my Real Estate License and completed the requirements in very short time.

It is also important to influence the millennial and Z generations by demonstrating how important Real Estate is to their personal financial portfolios and learn how to enter into the market and cease the opportunities at hand.

Education and Career

I have lived in New Jersey all my life, but have visited many places around the world including Europe and the Caribbean. My education is also extensive. After graduating Bergen Catholic High School in Oradell, I attended Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. There I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology and minors in Information Systems and Popular Music. After college graduation, I pursued a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Peter’s University in Information Systems, Management and Marketing. Since that time, I have worked from several institutions in Information Technology. While working, I started my own business in Business Consulting and Technology, SAK Information Systems, LLC which specializes in Internet Technologies.

In September 2014, I completed Disney Institute’s “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence” at Walt Disney World. During this five day course, we learned the importance of “over managing” organizational creativity, leadership, customer service, and brand management.

Other Interests

In my spare time, I enjoy writing, recording, and playing music. Since the age of 6, piano and keyboard has been my prime concentration. During college I added playing bass and guitar.

Another great interest of mine is photography. It’s always interesting to capture new photos as they happen in real time. Some of those photos have made their way to enlargements hung on walls. I’ve also added video creation to the mix as video is equal to a thousand words and it helps with marketing and brand building.

Lastly, I enjoy traveling. It is always interesting to get to experience new places, things and cultures. It’s always a plus to get to learn how other people live and work whether it’s in your own country or outside the country.
